How It Works
Today:
Fill out the form below and pay.
Book your first class so we know to expect you.
Sign the waiver.
On the Day of Your Class:
Show up about 10 minutes before your class time. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. We do classes bare foot. After that, attend class as it fits your schedule.
